Lata Mangeshkar

This is my ode to a legend who passed away recently, Lata Mangeshkar. She is a legendary singer with the title “Nightingale of India” . She has many Bollywood hits under her belt and has also sung in various languages across India. I have included the names of all the movies, actresses and languages she sang for in the painting. She never married and redefined how singers were treated in the industry, by reinventing herself for every actress, mood, and subject of the film. She sang till the day she died.
