Basic Building Blocks: Hydrogen

Because our bodies are 70% water (H2O), we contain twice as many hydrogen atoms as oxygen by count. All the hydrogen in existence originated 13.8 billion years ago during the Big Bang, cooling into matter roughly 379,000 years later. Every other element was forged later through fusion within stars or during their explosive deaths.

This means that you, I, and every particle in the cosmos are inextricably connected through these same primordial atoms. We are a Pratibimba—a reflected image—of the universe's foundational energy.
